Prayer for Serenity (Jun 9, 2010)
Prayer Request:
I have accepted a new position as Group Information Manager at Travis Perkins where my job will be to define a 5 year strategy for the company to make best use of information for customers and also to grow their business through communication and collaboration. Pretty tricky and somewhat in awe, however as always, my trust in God will help me and I now have a lovely prayer from the Christian bookshop in Stockport. It applies well to business as our own personal lives. Maybe say a little prayer for me as I start on Monday14th June 
Prayer for Serenity:
"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference."
